Today, they have revealed that the campout will take place at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado, CA, which has recently hosted similar events such as Lightning in a Bottle and its Woogie Weekend offshoot. During the three-day weekend (October 2-4), Dirtybird’s core crew – that’s Justin Martin, J.Phlip, Kill Frenzy, Justin Jay and leader Claude VonStroke – will be performing, with more artists to be announced.

In other news, the collective have teamed up with Do Lab (the force behind LIB, Woogie Weekend and their eponymous Coachella stage) to ensure the first-time effort goes smoothly. “We are honored to be partnering with the DIRTYBIRD crew to create the first annual DIRTYBIRD Campout,” says founder Jesse Flemming. “Going back to the relationship we’ve built over the years by having so many DIRTYBIRD artists play our stages at both Lightning in a Bottle and Coachella, we are excited to see where this new chapter together takes us.”

Pre-sale tickets for the Dirtybird campout can be found here starting tomorrow, July 22, at 10am PT. On July 23, general tickets go on sale at 10am upon the full lineup announcement.
