Dillon Francis Shares His Heavy-Duty Remix of Zomboy’s “Nuclear”
Mad Decent star Dillon Francis has finally unleashed his firing remix of Zomboy‘s “Nuclear,” and fans are singing its praises. Fittingly tagged as ‘twerkbahton’ by Dillon on SoundCloud, it’s a peaktime rager you’ll hear in festival sets all summer along.
Dillon memorably played the remix during Jack Ü’s marathon album launch party back in February, and it has been anticipated ever since. “This remix was such a blast to make,” the producer writes on SoundCloud.
“I was dancing around in my studio the whole time I was making it and I hope that [it] does the same thing to people who hear it at festivals and clubs, or in their bedrooms, or in strip clubs, or during a threesome, or when you’re washing your car, or when you just wanna have some quiet time alone, but not too quiet, you know?” Yes, we know. Get into his handiwork below.
The “Nuclear” remix precedes the release of Zomboy’s new 11-track album, Resurrected, which lands on May 25. Zomboy is touring consistently over summer, with stops at Chicago’s Spring Awakening and the Electric Adventure festival in Atlantic City. (Dillon is also booked for that one, along with Pretty Lights, GRiZ, A-Trak and more.)
