Take it or leave it: Every company operates differently
Believe it or not, every company has a different vision for what goals they want to achieve in their respective industry and even their company. This vision(s) can be from one person or an entire team, regardless of whether they’re long- or short-term goals. To accomplish what they want to achieve they must work hard and find people, places, software, and products that work for them.
Jamvana operates the same way the aforementioned people and companies do.
We offer a specific set of professional-level softwares and services that we’ve fine-tuned since we opened our doors. We pride ourselves in what we’ve managed to–and continue to–accomplish. It’s because of this that we’ve managed to work with the clients we have and achieve the success we’ve achieved.
We continue to improve our product and services after a countless number of emails, phone calls, texts, and feedback from our clients, friends, and colleagues from every medium imaginable. As we continue to refine and better these products and services, we are unable to conform to every idea and feature. Some just aren’t feasible for our business model or future.
Prospective clients must be aware of this.
Would you go into Burger King and order a Big Mac?
Would you? Burger King obviously doesn’t serve Big Macs. McDonald’s does. And standing at the register and arguing with the cashier that you want a Big Mac isn’t going to make it happen. Sure, both places offer similar food items. But that doesn’t give you permission to demand something they’re unable to do or offer.
The cashier should (and probably will) tell you to just “Go to McDonald’s.”
This same concept goes for Jamvana. “Well, Tunecore does this and that. Why can’t you?” Well, because Tunecore does that, and we’re not Tunecore. We’re Jamvana.
You don’t have to like what we do. We’ll take care of that.
We love what we do! As mentioned above, we pride ourselves in what we’ve been able to accomplish since we opened our doors. We absolutely want to work with you on any issues or concerns that you may have with our softwares or services. But we also acknowledge the fact that we’re not a one-size-fits-all distributor. Sometimes we must amicably part ways, and that’s fine.
We’ll always be here for you.
Jamvana is comprised of a team of music industry professionals that greatly enjoy they’re work. We understand what it’s like to get frustrated and throw in the towel. We’ve all been there. Sometimes that bottled up rage can cause us to act in ways that we’d never act when calm, but we forgive you.
If you decide that wherever you go isn’t a fit, then we’ll gladly open up our arms and take you back in. Again, the Jamvana team is composed of music industry professionals who have experienced every situation. We totally understand where you’re coming from.
The bottom line
If Company A doesn’t offer a specific service but Company B does, don’t demand Company A to do what Company B is doing. Every business has a specific path carved out to achieve their goals, and consumers have to respect that. Those differences are what make each company unique.
