Hanukkah brings together family and friends for an 8-day celebration of tradition, food, music, and much more. Today, Spotify is releasing a one-of-a-kind Hanukkah playlist as a musical accompaniment to the Festival of Lights, which begins on the evening of Tuesday, December 12th.
Featuring an upbeat mix of 46 Hanukkah-themed songs, the playlist consists of familiar renditions of Hanukkah classics including “Dreidel” by Erran Barron Cohen and Jules Brookes and “Sevivon Sov Sov” by Kenny Ellis; as well as a few contemporary singles that are sure to liven any holiday gathering including “Applesauce vs. Sour Cream” by The LeeVees,” “Can I Interest You in Hanukkah?” by Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert and of course “The Chanukah Song” by Adam Sandler.
