This year, Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival (BEMF) returns to Williamsburg for its eighth edition, and organizers have revealed a lineup that runs heavy on underground talent.
New York house legends Armand Van Helden and Masters At Work will be throwing down, along with locals Doctor Jeep, Patrick Russell, Julia Govor, Obey City and Mike Simonetti. Joining them on the domestic front are Soul Clap, Luke Hess, MK and Matrixxmann; plus international artists such as Daniel Avery, Snakehips, George FitzGerald, Oneman, Virginia and Django Django. Laidback Luke and Gina Turner will go back-to-back, while Voices From The Lake and Floating Points (with his 11-piece band in tow) will enter live mode.
The weekender kicks off on Thursday, November 5 with two pre-parties, and the actual festival itself will go down on November 6 and 7, along with daytime panels and fireside chats. The party officially comes to an end on Monday, November 8 with the closing brunch.
